you mentioned that you are writing about restaurant info in the boston area...have you tried out Grasshopper's, an Asian vegan restaurant in Boston? Just next door (not down the block, it's right next door) is a place called TJ's, a pizza joint with a neon VEGAN sign in the window. You've got to try it out . . . anything you could order in a small Italian joint, you can get it vegan there. Tastes incredible!! Plus bring yer vegan-skeptic friends...they can eat their meat and cheese too. Not that you're vegan. It's about consciousness, not diet.
